Which systems we work with, how long integrations take, and what happens when APIs change.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Copper, and most others with a public API or Zapier/Make connector. For property: Dezrez, Reapit, Alto. For legal: Clio and LawConnect. If it has an API, we can usually integrate.
What if my CRM isn't on your list?
Tell us what you use during the free audit. If there's a public API, we can almost certainly integrate. For older systems without modern APIs we can often work via export/import, email parsing, or browser automation — we've yet to hit a system we couldn't connect to.
How long do integrations take to build?
Simple one-way syncs (e.g. website lead into your CRM): 1-2 weeks. Bi-directional syncs (CRM ↔ accounting, with conflict resolution): 3-5 weeks. Complex multi-system orchestration: 4-8 weeks. We scope this precisely during the free audit before you commit.
What happens if the API changes or my CRM updates?
APIs do change, occasionally without warning. On the Care plan we monitor for failures and version mismatches, fix issues proactively, and notify you before anything affects live operations. Without Care you'd be told but expected to handle fixes yourself.
Will you migrate my existing data?
Yes — data migration is included in the Build phase when switching CRMs or merging databases. We handle deduplication, field mapping, validation, and a parallel-run period where both systems hold data until you're confident in the switchover.
Can you handle real-time bi-directional sync?
Yes. Changes in either system propagate to the other within seconds via webhooks, with conflict resolution rules you define (e.g. "CRM wins for contact data, accounting wins for invoices"). Audit logs record every sync event.
