What types of documents can you process?

Invoices, purchase orders, contracts, application forms, ID documents, expense receipts, delivery notes, KYC paperwork, insurance claims, and most other structured business documents — including handwritten content, scanned PDFs, and photos taken on a phone.

How accurate is the extraction?

Typical accuracy on standard business documents is 95-99% on key fields after we tune the model to your specific document types. We always show confidence scores per field and route uncertain extractions to a human review queue before anything is saved.

Can it handle scanned PDFs and handwritten content?

Yes — we use OCR for scans and AI vision for handwriting, signatures, and stamps. Quality of source documents matters: clear scans give clean output, while phone snapshots taken at angles or in poor light need more aggressive preprocessing (which we handle automatically).

How does it integrate with my existing storage and systems?

We pull from wherever your documents arrive — email inboxes, shared drives, SharePoint, Dropbox, scanner queues, or web upload forms — and push the extracted data into your CRM, accounting system, ERP, or database. No new portals for your team to log into.

What about GDPR-sensitive documents?

All processing runs on UK or EU-hosted infrastructure with encrypted storage and access controls. We can configure automatic redaction of PII, retention limits on original files, and full audit trails of who accessed what. DPA available before any work begins.

Can I review the extracted data before it's saved?

Yes — you set the rules. High-confidence extractions auto-save; anything below a threshold you choose routes to a review queue where a team member confirms or corrects in seconds. Over time the model learns from these corrections and the review queue shrinks.
