AI discovery & pilots

Not sure where to start? In 2–4 weeks we map your processes, score every opportunity by impact and effort, and prove value on the highest-ROI quick win — before you commit to anything bigger.

Overview

Find the quick wins before you spend.

Most automation fails because it starts in the wrong place. Our discovery maps how work actually flows through your business, scores each opportunity by impact and effort, and lands on the one or two quick wins worth piloting first — so your first project is the one most likely to pay back fast.

  • Process mappingWe document how work really moves — not how it's supposed to.
  • Impact vs effort scoringEvery opportunity ranked, so the best place to start is obvious.
  • Honest ROI estimateClear numbers on what each automation could realistically save.
  • A costed pilot planYou leave with a fixed-price plan for the highest-value quick win.

Discovery & Pilot FAQs

How discovery and pilots work

What the free audit actually covers, and what happens if a pilot doesn't deliver.

What's included in the free audit?

A structured 60-90 minute working session where we map your current workflows, identify the highest-impact automation opportunities, and give you a ranked shortlist with estimated time savings and rough costs. You keep the shortlist whether you proceed with us or not.

How is a Pilot different from a full Build?

A Pilot tests one specific workflow end-to-end with real data, for 1-2 weeks, at fixed cost (from £1,995). A Build is the full production deployment — multiple workflows, your team trained, monitoring set up, ongoing support optional. Pilots prove the concept before you commit to the bigger spend.

What if the pilot doesn't show clear results?

Then we don't recommend proceeding to Build, and you've spent £1,995 to learn something useful. We'd rather lose the larger contract than build automation that doesn't earn its keep. The Pilot includes a written assessment — you keep that whatever you decide next.

How do you identify automation opportunities?

We look for tasks that are repetitive, rules-based, high-volume, and currently consuming meaningful time from skilled team members. Then we score each by potential time saving, risk, and integration complexity. The shortlist favours quick wins early, bigger projects later.

Can the audit cover automation we're already running?

Yes — we can review existing Zapier, Make, n8n workflows, internal scripts, RPA bots, or third-party tools and tell you what's working, what's fragile, and what could be consolidated or rebuilt more reliably. Many engagements start by stabilising what's already in place.

How long does the discovery process take?

The audit itself is a single session (60-90 minutes). Written shortlist follows within 3 business days. From audit to a signed Pilot agreement is typically 24-48 hours, depending on how many stakeholders need to review the proposal on your side.
