What does “fixed-price” actually mean?
We agree the scope and price up front, before any work starts. You won't get a surprise invoice — if scope needs to change, we agree it with you first.
Why are AI voice agents priced differently?
Voice agents carry usage-based costs (call minutes), so they run on a monthly plan tied to your minutes rather than a one-off fixed price. They're rolling monthly, so you can prove the concept before scaling.
What happens if I go over my voice minutes?
You're simply billed the per-minute overage rate shown on your plan for any minutes beyond the allowance. No cut-offs, no surprises.
Can one agent handle lots of calls at once?
Yes — a single AI voice agent handles up to 20 calls simultaneously. Need more capacity? Add another agent for £20/mo per 20 extra concurrent lines.
Do I have to commit long-term?
No. Automation is fixed-scope project work, and voice agents are rolling monthly — cancel anytime. Everything we build is yours to keep.
